Description
This is for script alterations, you have 2 weeks from the time of your session with the nurse practitioner to alter your script free of charge, if you decide to alter it outside of the 2 weeks there is a fee charged by the prescriber.
This fee is for the prescriber to review your chart and alter your script according to your recent session. There is no session included in this. If you are looking for script renewal you MUST have appropriate blood work and a session with the nurse practitioner, you may do so using the appropriate link.
Please note that if you have chosen to transfer your script to a different pharmacy from the compounding pharmacy recommended in your sessions we will not be able to assist until follow up as the quality may not be the same. Script changes are subject to approval of the prescriber and are only done if there is a issue with dosage or a reaction to the medication itself.
