You will receive a standard consultation plus a session with specific attention towards getting you started or adjusting your carnivore or keto carnivore lifestyle. This will help you with plateau issues, hormonal issues, weight as well as mood. Some are confused as to where to start where others prefer the more modified approach and just don’t know where to begin. What are oxalates? Why are there different phases? How much protein is too much or is that even a thing? How much fat is enough? What if I have a gene mutation  (polymorphism) that doesn’t allow me to utilize meat properly,  is there a workaround to producing the right enzymes? I want to eat high fat/low carb for health not for weight loss can I still be carnivore? All this is what we will go over during this one hour session and consultations. For those who want to jump into the carnivore diet but don’t know where to start, or perhaps are doing it but having issues. We will discuss supplements, troubleshooting and of course oxalate dumping.

You will get 30-45 minutes with me to get you on the right track, plus a PDF reference guide to walk you through each of the 30 day segments (90 days total) plus which supplements are needed, a few that may need to be customized just for you and we can talk oxalates.

There will be check ins for the first 30 days (one at 2 weeks in and one at day 30) then we transition to the next phase. You will get another check in at day 45 to see how you are doing on the phase 2 portion of this protocol. Email check ins as well as phone calls or Zoom sessions. I won’t leave you stranded. Your last 30 days you are on your own until the end and then we do one last check in. That is where YOU decide where you want to go in your journey.

Why switch to a carnivore diet? If you want to see your autoimmune conditions vanish it is a good place to start. Of course there are never any guarantees, everyone is different however the general consensus is that this diet is healing a vast amount of autoimmune conditions including Crohns, colitis, skin reactions and much more.

    Well…. Guess I am officially a believer. Holly is a friend and someone who I trust for nutrition advice. She’s been on this crazy carnivore journey for so many years that I decided to give it a try. As a personal trainer I was skeptical. I need carbs….don’t I? I failed at
    Keto. 8 months going strong with carnivore though. I managed to stick to it over the holidays too. I can’t believe it. We tested my vitamins and a bunch of other markers before and again at 6 months. I actually improved….even my antioxidants are better now without any fruit. I’m in awe. She’s always cutting edge. Almost wrote her off as crazy for this diet, now I understand it’s not a diet. It’s really a lifestyle. My wife is on month 2 and loving it. Thanks

    This diet is BS, in the best way. How does it work so well????? 4 months and going strong. As a doc I can’t risk the watchful eye by promoting this stuff but I can leave a review. I threw plants out in 2023’and never looking back.Holly has always been ahead of the game and cutting edge with her research and theories. I watched her promote K2 like it was a miracle supplement years back, she was right then too. This chick… She outcranks all of us and gets no appreciation for it. Keep it up hot stuff!

    Vegan to plant based with some fish and eggs to omnivore/paleo to now animal based. Finally found what works. I think I trued every fkn trend out there. It works for a bit then stops. It’s never sustainable for me. As soon as I go on vacation so does my diet. The animal based version that I settled on thanks to help and guidance from this gal Holly made it easy. First time I tried it I did it wrong. Holly helped walk me through the transition stage and hiccups. She didn’t pressure me. She understood I wanted to keep certain life pleasures and dismissed any guilt I had by saying we can adapt it to what works and what we enjoy.

    Glad I found her fb group and ultimately booked this session.
