What you will receive:
Follow up labs (requisition), script adjustment for thyroid/hormones (BHRT) and session with the optimization prescriber (based on province and who you saw originally), script Counselling call with Holly. Once your labs are stable and you have implemented protocols that no longer need adjustment, Holly may qualify you for this package. In the beginning it is always more work therefore this option is not for every patient, our team will let you know if you qualify for this.
If you have NOT had a session with one of our advanced optimization prescribers as well as Holly, or have not run a comprehensive panel you will need to do this before you qualify for the discounted follow-up rate. We require a courtesy call prior to accepting new patients for care, this can be booked here

This is for those who have had a session with labs. If you have seen both Holly and one of our optimization prescribers for a full master panel and now are looking to have a follow up then this is for you.
Please note: You will have had to complete the full panel lab work, had both a session with Holly with protocol and also a session with the advanced optimization prescriber if you have not done so please do this.
