All results and consent forms are to be completed prior to the appointment, we will not schedule you until all forms have been received and completed properly. All sessions are conducted virtually via ZOOM or our secure telemedicine platform LiveCare. There are NO in clinic sessions at this time, everything is virtual. 

If you have not purchased a diagnostic test you can review which ones to choose by booking in a courtesy call

Before processing your payment please be advised that there are NO refunds, once you have submitted your payment you are committed, this is the first step to taking control of your health. No exceptions!

By completing this payment you acknowledge that you have agreed to the terms and conditions listed above. Our admin staff will contact you within 48-72 hours of processing your fee, if you have processed on Friday or on a holiday you will be contacted the following week as we do not operate on weekends.

    Purchased a few of the tests Holly runs and would have been lost if it wasn’t for her interpretation. She even offered to interpret a test another nd had run for me but left me hanging with barely any info. She really helped me find my way on my health journey
