What you will receive:
Session with protocol updates at discounted existing patient rate with Holly, your follow up with Holly will include a script counselling call. In order to continue working with patients our prescribers rely on Holly to conduct more detailed follow up throughout the process (meaning after each session with a prescriber).
Follow up labs, script adjustment for thyroid/hormones (BHRT) and session with one of our Advanced Optimization Prescribers. Additional protocols as required, troubleshooting, deep dive therapies and additional non diagnostics may be reviewed at this time (additional fees may apply for the larger diagnostic panels).
If you have not had an initial session with both Holly and one of her advanced prescribers for the optimization package, or have not run a comprehensive panel you will need to do this before you qualify for the discounted follow-up rate.
Please note: All follow up sessions are conducted virtually, there are no in clinic sessions. Absolutely NO refunds, cancellation policy available at time of booking. This is for those who have had a session with labs. If you have seen both Holly and one of her optimization prescribers for a full master panel and now are looking to have a follow up then this is for you.

I just had my 2nd follow up appointment. They are so thorough. Holly make sure to stay in touch in between follow up so you are never left feeling like you were alone on this very confusing journey. I feel like I went into my appointment with the doctor knowing and being prepared thanks to Holly. Her doctor prescriber listened to my concerns and assured me of my progress the way no other Dr. has before. Holly has chosen her team well and it shows. My memory is very improved and my energy and sleep too. I have much better moods as well now. Plus my belly is going away I only wish I had found them sooner .

Holly calls it “hand holding” but I call it being my life preserver. My first follow up was at 3 months after my initial appointment. I felt like we had direction and I could feel results. Holly walked me through what she wanted for my next follow up if I responded well to the current regimen. She was spot on. She knew exactly what tweaks I needed. I’m on these incredibly calming progesterone teoches she calls happy chicklets. They work so well I don’t get anxious at all now. I don’t get cranky either. The rest is great too but these were my favourite.

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could feel like you did when you felt your best? At 65 I would have thought that’s not possible. Holly and her team proved me wrong. I feel amazing. I want to live to 100 and with the help of Holly I just might. Her prescribers aren’t your average doc. They don’t offer birth control to menopausal women or slap an antidepressant on you. These people really must have some intense training. It shows i tell you.
