What you will receive:

Follow up labs (requisition), script adjustment for thyroid/hormones (BHRT) and session with the optimization prescriber (based on province and who you saw originally), script Counselling call with Holly. Once your labs are stable and you have implemented protocols that no longer need adjustment, Holly may qualify you for this package. In the beginning it is always more work therefore this option is not for every patient, our team will let you know if you qualify for this.

 

If you have NOT had a session with one of our advanced optimization prescribers as well as Holly, or have not run a comprehensive panel you will need to do this before you qualify for the discounted follow-up rate. We require a courtesy call prior to accepting new patients for care, this can be booked here

Please note: All sessions are conducted virtually, there are no in clinic sessions. Absolutely NO refunds, cancellation policy available at time of booking.

This is for those who have had a session with labs. If you have seen both Holly and one of our optimization prescribers for a full master panel and now are looking to have a follow up then this is for you.

Please note: You will have had to complete the full panel lab work, had both a session with Holly with protocol and also a session with the advanced optimization prescriber  if you have not done so please do this.

    I’m impressed with the attention to detail with these guys. Holly and her admin staff are on top of it and her MD is great at explaining it all. After my follow up with the MD I had a call with Holly and she was able to walk me through the extra questions I had after it all happened. Glad for the thorough care
